2. Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Karachi: 2 working days after dispatch
  • Other cities in Pakistan: 3 to 4 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before order confirmation.

In some cases, remote areas may have additional courier charges. If applicable, our team will inform you before dispatch.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most locations in Pakistan.

Please note:

  • COD may not be available in certain remote areas
  • In some cases, we may request partial advance payment for high-value or customized orders

5. Bank Transfer Orders

If you choose bank transfer:

  • Payment details will be shared after order placement via email or order confirmation message

  • Failed delivery due to wrong phone number

If an order is returned due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.

9. Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
